As commanding officer

FOR: Answering the call to design the 80th Anniversary Pin and showing outstanding creativity to that regard having her design selected to by the face of the pin for the cadets to wear. Bravo Zulu!

FOR: Continued and sustained effort with the 52 Squadron Media Team, managing the content for Facebook, Instagram and Youtube and leading the effort to produce content.

FOR: Long term volunteerism, consistently providing support before it is even requested. Additionally for maintaining all 52 Squadron technology, with particular focus on optimizing the 52 Squadron website and online data collection.

FOR: Consistent high performance volunteerism, focusing on Level 4 instruction, improving the quality of the future leaders of 52 Squadron.

FOR: Amazing support to the 52 Squadron Band, through incredible organization of all the band assets including music. Additionally for all of her work in support of a virtual year of musical training and production of the Christmas Concert for YouTube.

FOR: Fostering an amazing training program in a virtual environment. Additionally for accepting a high profile role at 52 Squadron with little notice and always willing to step up and provide assistance when requested.

FOR: Exemplary instruction, motivation and inspiration of the band cadets of 52 Squadron.

FOR: Assuming and succeeding in a new role at the squadron in a virtual training year while testing and implementing several new virtual presentation platforms to perfect the virtual training experience.

FOR: Increasing the level of instruction and enthusiasm in cadet instructors during a virtual training year. For fostering an environment of learning and development in a virtual year.

FOR: Exceptional service to the squadron over the last three years, learning 2 different section head roles with little to no supervision and excelling at the positions. Additionally for all of the extra work done at the squadron to modernize the look through completely gutting the space and painting and decorating.

FOR: Assisting in building and fostering an amazing working relationship between the Sponsoring Committee of 52 RCACS and the uniformed staff. For being available for help when called upon, and provide much needed advice as a past Sponsor Chair of 52 Squadron.

FOR: Filling a leadership role on the 52 Squadron Sponsoring Committee as Vice Chair for three years running, all for the benefit of the cadets of 52 Squadron. Additionally for helping foster an incredible working relationship between the Sponsoring Committee, Commanding Officer and staff of 52 Squadron.

FOR: Leading an amazing team of volunteers, as the Chair of the 52 Squadron Sponsoring Committee for three years running, all for the benefit of the cadets of 52 Squadron. Additionally for helping foster an incredible working relationship between the Sponsoring Committee, Commanding Officer and staff of 52 Squadron.

FOR: Outstanding performance in preparing the musical renditions of the Last Post and the Rouse for the 2020 Virtual Remembrance Day Video. F/Cpl Samson was able to prepare and video his performance with very little notice and the results were of a very high caliber. Bravo Zulu for the stellar response to the call for assistance.

FOR: Outstanding performance of his duties in Supply and in Training. Lt Hawley far exceeded expectations of filling high demanding roles with very little assistance. In appreciation for services to the Air Cadet Program, 52 Squadron and the Southwood Community.

These activities took a significant amount of time and effort, all done in the truest sense of service before self, never asking for any recognition of the services performed.
