Royal Canadian Air Cadets
Squadron WO1's
Warrant Officer First Class (WO1) is the highest rank a cadet can achieve in the squadron. It is an honor earned by only a handful of cadets that pass through the program. The WO1 serves as a role model for the rest of the squadron, and guides its development according to the vision of the Commanding Officer.
